Stuart T. Styles, M.D., F.A.A.O.S.
Dr. Stuart Styles has been with Somers Orthpaedic Surgery since 1998 and is on the faculty at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases where he serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also on staff at Putnam Hospital Center and Northern Westchester Hospital.
Dr. Styles is a graduate of Hofstra University and Mt. Sinai School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree in 1991. He was Chief Resident of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn where he was also an Orthopaedic Research Fellow.
Dr. Styles is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and Medical Society of New York State and Westchester County. Dr. Styles was a committee member of the Putnam Hospital Health Information Management Committee and sits on the Board of Trustees at Trinity Pawling School.
Dr. Styles is a co-author of several articles and textbooks involving orthopaedic subjects and attends sporting events as the orthopaedic team doctor. Dr Styles was recently a featured guest on “Talk Back Live” WOR Radio, New York 710 AM on December 11, 2011.
