Dr. Howard is professional, kind, compassionate and a great communicator. He managed my expectations amazingly well. He listened to my concerns and gave solid answers why I would feel pain in other parts of my arm. I highly recommend Dr. Howard !

I called the office. They don’t answer the phone. They tell you they’re gonna call you back. They never do then when they call you back they tell you the wrong information. They asked me for CDs of my MRI. I brought over to their one of their offices, they scanned them in and then she’s asking me for the written reports. I’m not a medical doctor, but I would rather have the CDs of the MRIs and CAT scans then a written report from a third-party. So if you really wanna work really really hard to get an appointment then this is your doctor. Never again

I have seen Dr. Maghen for over a year ,I have severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right hand, I first saw him he recommend surgery, I asked for cortisone shot, and he did it for 3 times in 1 year finally he said can not have any more need surgery, I do not like being put out, well when I went to the surgery center , I met the customer service rep, very friendly, then my Pre op Nurse Jen was amazing taking great care of me and getting me relaxed, then I mew Boris I expressed my concerns, he took very good care of my anesthesia concerns, then Dr. Maghen on the surgery he said 5 days to use the hand it is is 6 and feels great, my last contact was Jenna the post op nurse also amazing helped me to get ready to go home, all in all a great surgical experience.

I had been a patient of Dr Peretz from 2017 until 2024. He performed a thoracic spinal fusion 8 years ago which I've had no problems with. He is a very good Orthopedic Surgeon but has extraordinarily poor bedside manner. Myself and other members of my family and their friends have left his practice because of this approach: dismissive behavior, condescending attitude, lack of familiarity with patient history, and extremely short period of time spent with patients. Additionally, when I needed to have important lumbar imaging done, it took months to have an MRI approved. But it was for the wrong part of my spine (thoracic). Then eventually the incorrect office notes were sent to the National Imagining Association with the incorrect number of Physical Therapy visits and declined, again. When NIA and I repeatedly tried to reach out to him at both offices (for weeks) by phone, email, fax, messages left, etc, he and his offices went dark on both of us. I was advised to file a formal complaint by the National Imaging Association with my Insurance Company. I didn't want to so I left another week or two of messages (and emails) at both of Dr Peretz offices explaining that I was advised to file a complaint if he/they didn't respond to me. Eventually I was left no choice and told my Insurance provider exactly what NIA had dictated me to tell them, verbatim. Months later I received a "decision", which was not expected or my intention. All I wanted was this imaging done, which was just the first step in a long process of fixing my lumbar issues. They never returned any calls before, during, or after this; Even about retrieving my years of orthopedic records, which I then went online for. I had been a patient of 4-5 other doctors at Somers Orthopedic for 8 years but now can't get an appointment with any of them. I had to transfer years of records myself rather than Somers doing their job. I felt blacklisted because I took the advice of NIA to call out Dr Peretz for not taking my health seriously and jeopardizing the future orthopedic health of my spine. I had to find another Spinal Orthopedist and I'm happy to say he's not only well qualified but hospitable as well. He's with Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County. Unfortunately, since it had been more than 6 months since I completed Physical Therapy, I had to start all over again to qualify for the MRI that I was supposed to have a year ago!! While Dr Peretz may be a fine Orthopedic Surgeon, I do not recommend him because of his lack of tact and personability with patients. He's somewhat well-known within the local medical community for his bedside manner with patients. Unless of course he's like one of these many Autistic doctors I've seen on TV lately; In which case it would explain a lot and I apologize, but recommend he gets an assistant.

Dr. Buchalter performed a hip replacement for my husband. He was thorough, caring, skilled, knowledgeable, positive and 110% competent. He explained everything every step of the way at each appointment and answered all of our questions. My husband's surgery was successful. The staff and nurses at the Danbury Surgery Center were excellent.

This is the second review I have left, I went yesterday and had a terrible experience about my insurance and everything and left feeling very upset and still in a lot of pain from my broken foot. This morning I get a call from Dr Levin and changed my whole impression of the doctors that work in that building. In my opinion he went above and beyond to make up for what I went through yesterday. And I am more relieved and less anxious than I've been in a long time due to him taking his time and looking at my injury. So I just want to say thank you so much Dr Levin, you really are caring doctor and I appreciate you thank you again.

I 've had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Berman. I had severe pain in my big toe that interfered with walking and the general quality of life. Dr Berman diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain what was wrong and how surgery would correct it. Due to Dr Bermans skill, the operation was a success and I am currently recovering. I have to give a shout out to all the behind the scene staff: xray nursing, and clerical. They were supportive and professional. So I recommend Dr. Berman and his team without reservation.

I was recommended to Dr Berman after a visit to the ER. At my first visit Dr. Berman corrected my problem with a simple device for a hammertoe causing a callus on my toe which hurt when wearing shoes. Since his diagnosis and treatment my feet feel fine and shoes don't hurt. Thank you for your treatment and solving my problem. Joe Crusco
