While another doctor at this practice was most helpful and respectful, an urgent care visit with Dr. Gray was not. His sarcasm was not welcome when I visited with much pain following an ER visit. While my issue was not in his foot/ankle speciality, he did order the necessary MRI. But the demeanor was less than welcome.

Dr. Buchalter was excellent in my knee replacement surgery. Always most patient with all questions, never hurried and most communicative with family members following surgery. Overnight stay at the facility was most welcome and staff was always helpful.

Dr. Buchalter is the best! I only wish that the office staff was just as amazing. They don't seem to care. Phone calls aren't returned and the "don't care" attitude doesn't match the reputation of this practice!

I had a deep impact wound on the top of my foot that took months to close. Dr. Berman and his nurses did all the right things to get it healed up properly with ZERO infection. His team was also very accessible by phone which is rare these days. It was a huge relief after I wasted my time with 3 urgent care visits, a primary care visit, and antibiotics twice for infections. Dr. Berman took one look and knew exactly what to do when 4 other doctors did not know. I went weekly to him until it closed completely and can walk with closed shoes on again, finally. Wish I would have gone to him at Wound Care first and I could have spared myself the several hundred dollars with everyone else who wasted my time.

I appreciate that Dr. Styles ordered the MRI for my right knee, but it didn't seem as though he had reviewed my prior visit which was four to five months ago where I complained of pain in both knees. At the time I saw him, the pain was more right-sided, but the pain and stiffness and swelling changes from knee to knee so I feel like that wasn't addressed.

Dr. Carlesi has been my Superman of Pain Management for several years and I owe him so very much for listening to me, exploring all options, and then providing the most IMPECCABLE care possible! He recently performed Bilateral Nerve Bundle Branch Blocks at their Orthopedic Surgical Center and EVERYONE there from Deb, the receptionist, my two intake nurses, Melissa and Shannon, Dr. Boris, my anesthesist, the OR staff, and Katie, my discharge nurse were ALL STELLAR!! Having Dr. Carlesi and staff singing songs from the 70's to me was AMAZING and put me in such a calm peace of mind!! I was treated as a human being who's been in pain for most of their life and these individuals ALL helped me get through something that could've been scary and turned it into very cool and fun. God Bless each one of these individuals!!
