The staff at Somers Orthopedics in Fishkill and Danbury have been outstanding in their communications and appointments regarding my ongoing health issues. Dr. Khabie is so professional, kind, humble and genuinely cares about my health. He is a very busy doctor and surgeon yet he takes his time to listen and examine me. I think he has a heart of gold. His Physician Assistant Kimberly Gaube also has treated and examined me. She as well has been wonderful. Dr. Khabie also referred me to Vincent Carlesi, MD for pain management who is very well versed to treat my ongoing health issues. Dr. Carlesi also had a great bed side manner, listened, examined and gave you a treatment plan. Unfortunately for me, many patients, and Somers Orthopedics Dr. Carlesi has resigned and will be hard to replace.

I herniated a disk in my neck back in 2011/12. Of the 3 Dr's I saw for this, Dr Peretz was the only Dr that didn't immediately want to do surgery. He sent me to pain management and with 1 cortisone shot, I was good to go for 13 years. In 2024, I re-herniated the same disk. Dr Peretz was the first Dr that I sought out about treatment. It was decided that surgery was the way to go(I also had other issues in my neck besides the herniation). I did get a second opinion, but I had no doubt that I was going to have Dr Peretz perform the surgery. I had spinal fusion in my neck. Three disks were removed, replaced with bone, and then a titanium plate was inserted into my neck. I walked out of the hospital the next day. I followed his instructions carefully and never had an issue. I was going for 1.5-3 mile walks three days after surgery. After 6 months, he said everything looked good and that I could resume normal activities. A month later, I was out playing softball again with no concerns. I appreciate Dr Peretz's experience, expertise, and skill in getting me back to a pain free life. Thanks Doc.

Dr. Dan Buckalter has changed what the experience of an office has been for years. He gave me 55 minutes of his time and was willing tomgive more. He recognized that I was desperate for answers and relief and went above and beyond not onky as a doctor but a compassionate man. I would literally recommend this man a d his practice to anyone that values real peace of mind. He is trust worthy and so smart! Thank you doc for your sincere desire to help.

Dr. Fauser and his team are the absolute best. They are perfectionists and my recent knee replacement was incredibly smooth and I’m vey happy with the result. I would highly recommend Dr. Fauser and his team.

Dr.Khabie is the best- he is always so patient with you. You can ask him anything and never gets annoyed. I am glad I choose him- and he makes you feel very comfortable.
